Goods Delivery Arrangement

Orders in Hong Kong (Self-pickup Service or Delivery Service)

●　Self-pickup Service (within 2-7 working days)

Customers pick up the goods at designated 「Goldenwell」store without delivery fee. It takes 2 to 7 working days for us to process the order. After
the order is confirmed, an email will be sent to notify the customer to pick up the goods at the selected store. Customers only need to show the
「Online Sales Receipt」 to pick up the goods in person at the store.

Customers who choose self-pickup, please select the designated store before online checkout.

●　Delivery Service (within 5-7 working days)

The delivery service is calculated based on each order, the delivery charge is HK$100 (unlimited number of goods), and each order can only be sent
to one destination. Customers who make online purchases of HK$1,000 or more can enjoy free delivery service. Remote areas (such as Tung Chung,
Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc.) are subject to a surcharge of HK$150. There is no delivery service in areas where a driving permit is required, but the
company will discuss and arrange other feasible delivery plans with customers based on actual conditions.

If there is no lift service of the delivery location, the customer needs to pick up the goods at the lobby of the building.

Orders in Macau (Self-pickup Service only)

There is no delivery charge for customers to pick up the goods at the 「Goldenwell」 store by themselves.It takes 2 to 7 working days for us to process
the order. After the order is confirmed, an email will be sent to notify the customer to pick up the goods at the store. Customers only need to show the 「Online Sales Receipt」 to pick up the goods in person at the store.

Orders in China (Express Service only)

●　Express Service (within 2-7 working days)

We will ship the goods to the designated delivery address within 2 to 7 working days after receiving the order.
