Goods Return Policy

All products that are not damaged by humans within 7 days from the date of purchase, such as quality defects of the original products, or products
that fail to operate normally due to the failure of the original components, are covered by the return policy.Customers need to submit a return or
exchange request within 7 days, but only the same model of goods can be replaced.The company is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned
goods, and the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

If the products of the same model are sold out or out of stock, customers can replace other products of the same category and the same price.


Goods Return and Exchange Procedures

When the customer signs for the goods and finds any damage or errors or omissions, please contact us immediately on the day of receipt and take a
photo to record the damage of the goods, and keep all the items for you to follow up as soon as possible.

If you need to return or exchange the goods, please keep the complete packaging of the original goods, and ensure that the goods are intact and brand
new and unused.Customers can choose the following ways to return and exchange products:

●  Send an email to to request a return or exchange of goods, and provide relevant information including contact person's name,
  telephone number, invoice number, product model, reason for return and photo, etc. We will follow up as soon as possible; or

●  Bring the goods and invoices to our Goldenwell store for return and exchange procedures.

●  If the goods are accompanied by gifts, the gifts must be returned together with the goods, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the
  refund or no refund will be accepted

●  If there are any handling fees/ additional fees in the order, the fees incurred will be deducted first when applying for a refund.


Unable to Handle the Return and Exchange of goods

●  Contact us after the deadline (more than seven working days after receiving the goods), we will not be able to provide return and exchange services.

●  If the goods lack the original packaging, the accessories are not complete, or have been used, we will not be able to provide return and exchange services.

●  The goods are damaged or destroyed by man-made, such as the acquired damage caused by incorrect use of the product, broken, scratched, improper
  cleaning and maintenance, etc., we cannot be responsible for it.

●  We will not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or replacements due to personal factors or preferences.

●  The company reserves the right to make the final decision on replacement or refund.
